Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of registration unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Your registration or appointment is not confirmed until payment has been received.

Payment Processing Disclaimer

All invoices and credit card transactions for services rendered by The Designed Presence™ are processed by and will appear on your bank or credit card statement under our legal business entity: People Pulse Ventures LLC

This charge represents services purchased through The Designed Presence™, a DBA of People Pulse Ventures LLC.

Scheduling

Private sessions must be scheduled within the timeframe communicated at the time of purchase. Clients are responsible for scheduling appointments using our online scheduling system. Unless otherwise stated, purchased services must be redeemed within twelve (12) months of purchase.

Participant Responsibilities

The value of our services depends on each participant's willingness to engage in the process. While we provide guidance, tools, and strategic recommendations, each client remains responsible for their own decisions, actions, implementation, and outcomes.

Intellectual Property

All materials provided before, during, or after any service remain the exclusive intellectual property of People Pulse Ventures LLC, doing business as The Designed Presence™, including but not limited to:

  • Assessments

  • Workbooks

  • Worksheets

  • Guides

  • Templates

  • Presentations

  • Videos

  • Digital downloads

  • Frameworks

  • Methodologies

  • Exercises

  • Journal prompts

  • Coaching materials

  • The Presence Blueprint™

  • The Presence Closet Challenge™

  • The Designed Presence™ Framework

  • The Presence Lab™

  • The Alignment Framework™

  • Any future proprietary methodologies, trademarks, branded materials, or intellectual property developed by The Designed Presence™

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use these materials solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

Materials may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, recorded, photographed, published, shared, sold, licensed, sublicensed, translated, displayed publicly, incorporated into artificial intelligence systems or training datasets, or used to create derivative works without the prior written consent of People Pulse Ventures LLC.

Participation in any service, workshop, coaching engagement, or virtual experience does not grant ownership of, licensing rights to, or permission to teach, adapt, replicate, reverse engineer, commercialize, or create derivative works based upon The Designed Presence™ frameworks, assessments, methodologies, exercises, experiences, presentations, or other proprietary intellectual property. All rights are expressly reserved by People Pulse Ventures LLC.

Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of our clients. Information shared during private coaching sessions will remain confidential except where disclosure is required by law.

Participants in group experiences are expected to respect the privacy of fellow participants. While confidentiality is requested of all participants, The Designed Presence™ cannot guarantee confidentiality within a group environment.

Recording & Media

Participants may not audio record, video record, photograph, reproduce, or distribute any portion of our services without prior written consent.

The Designed Presence™ may record virtual sessions for quality assurance or participant access when communicated in advance. Photos or recordings from live events may be used for marketing purposes unless participants notify us in writing prior to the event.

Personal Shopping & Recommendations

Recommendations regarding clothing, accessories, beauty products, retailers, or other purchases are provided as professional guidance based on the information available at the time.

Clients remain solely responsible for purchasing decisions, sizing, fit, retailer policies, exchanges, and returns. The Designed Presence™ is not responsible for products purchased independently by clients.

Results Disclaimer

Every participant begins from a different place. Our services are designed to help create greater clarity, alignment, intentionality, and personal insight. However, we cannot guarantee specific personal, professional, financial, or business results. Success depends upon each participant's commitment, implementation, and unique circumstances.

Code of Conduct

To ensure a positive experience for everyone, participants are expected to engage respectfully and professionally.

The Designed Presence™ reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, abusive, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate.

Removal for misconduct does not qualify for a refund.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, People Pulse Ventures LLC, doing business as The Designed Presence™, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in our services. Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the applicable service.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
